The Association is not responsible for snow removal. The Association encourages all residents to shovel walks adjacent to their houses as a courtesy to their neighbors and for the safety of pedestrians. Please remember that many children use our sidewalks to get to school busses and Cottonwood School. At least one neighborhood child needs sidewalks to be clear for wheelchair access.

*********ANNUAL MEETING********
The 2011 Annual Meeting of Cherry Creek Vista II Homeowners Association was held on November 3, 2011.  At this meeting the 2012 Budget was adopted.  This budget can be viewed under the "Budget" tab to the left.   Other pertinent association documents are also located under the tabs at left of this page.

The nine-member board of Cherry Creek Vista II Homeowners Association is entirely volunteer. Each board member is elected and serves for a three-year term. The HOA has no paid management or employees.
